Thank you for shopping at Tantra Foods. We take great pride in the quality of our chikkies, protein bars, snacks, and sweets. Because we deal with food items, we have specific guidelines to ensure your orders arrive fresh and safe.


Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location within India.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Damages

  • Tantra Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the package was handled incorrectly by the carrier. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, sweets, savouries, and snacks), we have a strict return policy to maintain health and safety standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We only accept returns if:
    • The item received is damaged or defective.
    • The item received is different from what you ordered.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Reporting an Issue

  • You must notify us of any damage or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to tantrafood14@gmail.com

3. Refunds

  • Once we inspect the evidence of damage/error, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales.
