Refund and Returns Policy

At Tantra Foods, we are committed to providing you with high-quality snacks, fitness bars, and natural sweets. Since our products are perishable food items, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product reaches you in a damaged condition or is expired.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered protein bars but received dry fruits).

To be eligible for a resolution, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Evidence: Send an email to tantrafood14@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the shipping label.
  • Inspection: Once we verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Payout: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, we cannot accept cancellations.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
  • Failed Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts or if the recipient refuses the package.
  • Taste Preference: Since food taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds if you simply do not like the flavor of a product.
  • Opened Products: Any product that has been opened or consumed cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
